Ashley’s passion for mental health treatment extends beyond her professional duties; it’s deeply personal. Having witnessed a loved one struggle with crippling depression and anxiety, exacerbated by chronic pain and fibromyalgia, Ashley's mission to revolutionize mental health care was ignited. She believes that mental health treatment must be as unique as the individuals seeking it, and she is relentless in her pursuit of personalized care.
Ashley is also a graduate of the Ketamine Academy, a certification for ketamine therapy providers worldwide, offering standardized, evidence-based education. Kristen's professional focus lies in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, as well as those needing guidance with hormone therapy and genetic testing. Her commitment to tailoring treatments to the unique needs of each patient ensures the best possible outcomes.
Outside of work, Kristen is an avid reader, a fan of scary movies, and, most importantly, a devoted mom to her two energetic boys.
